We gladly accept exchanges and returns for unworn wigs and unopened packages for refunds will be made to the original method of payment after inspected and confirmed that the returned wig is in good condition and has not been used or opened. Returns must be made be made within 72 hrs of purchase or pick up.
Cancellations on new wigs or products are accepted if you cancel your order after ordering funds will be made to the original method of payment and may take 2-3 days depending on your bank
NOTE! all exchanges and refunds may be accepted only subject to the Return Refund & Exchange Policy listed above. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, Hair Tamers Studio reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a refund.

By making this deposit, you understand & except the following: The client must show up at the scheduled time on time. The deposit payment goes towards your total service cost and is nonrefundable. If something comes up and you have to cancel just give notice of at least 24 to 48 hours in advance and your appointment may be rescheduled 1 time without having to repay another deposit to rebook. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, then you forfeit your deposit payment.
